Kia Magentis is an alias of Kia Optima, marketed in Europe and Canada since 2002. Include three different engine variations which were 2.4 Sirius II I4, 2.5L Delta V6 and 2.7L Delta V6 mated with 4 speed automatic or 5 speed manual transmission. The V6 Delta 2.7L rated power’s was higher among of the line of engines, 185 hp while the Sirius II only rated at 149 hp.

This 4 door sedan has overall length of 4745 millimeters and a wheelbase of 2700 mm shorter than its successor on the same line/ model. Another Magentis nameplate was also offered as Kia Optima Regal KDM Facelift which were the luxury version of the Optima.
