2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Winshield, Glass Door/Back Glass Removal and Installation Guide
This is a step by step procedure on how to remove/installing the glass door, windshield and headliner, it can be applied for 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 vehicle, before remove and replace the door glass make sure you have the right glass, To remove the front-door panels, you will have to remove four No. 2 Phillips screws. One of the screws is on the mirror-cover portion of the panel, another is behind the door handle and two are at the bottom of the panel. Remove the seat-belt cover with an installation stick or a small flat-tip screwdriver, then remove the seatbelt bolt using a Torx 45. Next, remove the two infant seat-belt assemblies. They are held in with Torx 20 screws that run through the panel into the cab.
